Owns support and maintenance for customer production workflows after active development. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving technical escalations, making small code fixes and improvements, developing deep knowledge of complex customer environments, identifying recurring issues with engineering and product teams, and communicating issue status and resolutions to customers.

Own the Intelligence and Applied AI product surface, defining 0-to-1 platform capabilities and leading products from discovery through launch and scaling. Develop roadmaps, product specifications, metrics, and processes; partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success; manage ambiguity; and ensure AI automation products deliver measurable customer value.

Lead development of Luminai’s core platform, including shared frameworks, developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, observability, reliability, and IDE improvements. Architect high-performance backend systems, remove engineering bottlenecks, and establish secure defaults for authentication, authorization, and secrets management. Drive foundational technical initiatives and improve developer experience across the engineering organization.
