Lead and scale Product Design at Luxury Presence: define design vision and standards, partner with Product and Engineering to improve retention and WAUs, hire and develop designers, and integrate AI tools to increase design velocity while maintaining quality.

Analyzes pipeline, funnel conversion, campaign performance, retention, and revenue drivers across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. Builds and maintains dbt models, data marts, quality controls, documentation, and BI-as-code assets using Salesforce and modern data-stack technologies. Partners with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into decisions and advances AI-agent workflows for faster analytics and reporting.

Own and improve the AI Social generative media pipeline: build and ship LLM-driven prompts/agent loops, choose and compose media (image, video, voice, music), collaborate with product/design/content, and deliver polished, production-quality social assets.
