Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market Account Executives by coaching, hiring, onboarding, and performance-managing reps. Improve processes, forecasting, and outbound programs, remove obstacles, review pipelines, and report weekly on team performance to help achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and multi-region Kubernetes clusters. Improve Helm charts, observability, security, and developer experience while collaborating with product teams and participating in business-hours on-call rotation.

Lead and grow a team of 5–6 product developers to deliver high-quality, reliable software. Partner with product and design, champion CI/CD, testing, observability, and provide visibility to leadership while hiring and mentoring engineers.

Build and operate platform infrastructure for AI development agents: isolated reproducible dev environments, agent orchestration and MCP server, secure integrations, OpenTelemetry-based observability, and CI/CD. Define standards, collaborate with Product and Platform teams, and drive adoption of agentic developer tooling across the company.

Design, build, and operate MaintainX's end-to-end search and retrieval platform, including indexing, ranking, relevance tuning, integrations, and AI-enhanced semantic/vector search. Optimize distributed systems for reliability and performance, iterate quickly with product teams, and participate in business-hours on-call duties.
