Collaborates with senior consultants and clients to align rewards programs with business strategy, talent priorities, and shareholder expectations.

Leads complex Health and Benefits consulting engagements for employers, advising on benefit plan design, financing, governance, renewals, vendor management, and market developments. Analyzes financial and benchmarking data, negotiates with carriers, prepares executive recommendations, manages client relationships and project delivery, and supports business development and revenue growth.
