Leads the analysis, implementation, integration, testing, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, manages application lifecycles, resolves escalated incidents, supports cloud, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities, and partners with security and quality assurance teams. The role also provides documentation, governance, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, mentorship, and guidance on responsible AI adoption and application reliability.

Leads business and technology initiatives across the firm, managing projects from requirements gathering through implementation and transition to support. Responsibilities include business analysis, process mapping, solution design, platform enhancement, automation, QA, stakeholder engagement, training, change management, risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement across legal innovation tools and business applications.

Supervises document production operations and staff, manages workflow intake, quality, staffing, client relationships, reporting, training, and performance management. Produces and reviews complex legal documents, presentations, tables, graphics, and transcriptions while ensuring accuracy and service standards. Develops templates, macros, style sheets, and process improvements, coordinates coverage across shifts, and supports recruitment and staff development.
