Manage proposals from RFP release through delivery, including kickoff meetings, win themes, writing, editing, compliance review, production, and final document delivery. Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to create persuasive, client-focused content. Maintain proposal collateral, apply consistent messaging and visual design, proofread materials, and use AI, automation, and content libraries to improve efficiency.

Develop and execute change communications for enterprise initiatives, including an ERP implementation. Create employee and leadership messaging, communication plans, FAQs, presentations, and engagement materials; advise senior leaders and project teams; assess audiences and risks; coordinate communication calendars; and measure communication effectiveness to support organizational readiness, adoption, and sustained change.

Design, inspect, assess, rehabilitate, and support construction of bridges and culverts across Alberta. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare technical calculations, drawings, specifications, contracts, and estimates, and provide construction services and field reviews. The role also includes stakeholder coordination, proposal support, client relationship development, mentoring junior professionals, and growing technical and project leadership responsibilities.
