Join cross-functional XP teams to deploy and adapt the Imogen generative-AI platform into client cloud environments. Pair program, collaborate with product and client infrastructure/security teams, lead technical discovery, apply XP practices (TDD, CI/CD, refactoring), onboard developers, mentor teammates, and troubleshoot cloud, network, and infosec integration issues.

Lead product vision and roadmap for Imogen Data, a platform that captures and transforms legacy system data. Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to prioritize investments, drive execution, mitigate risk, and represent the product to stakeholders and customers. Evolve the product from MVP to enterprise scale while balancing strategy, delivery, and customer value.

The Director of Engineering will lead the strategy and execution of infrastructure and release engineering, managing teams and ensuring product scalability and operational excellence while partnering with various departments for customer success.
