Own routine wet-lab operations to keep researchers unblocked: cell culture and mycoplasma testing, cell banking, reagent and media preparation, protein purification, glycerol stocks, agar plates and competent cells, custom consumable fabrication, contamination response, cloning support, LabOps maintenance, and writing/maintaining SOPs.

Perform and scale assays to quantify immunogenicity of engineered proteins in vitro, run high-throughput immune characterization workflows, maintain lab records and inventories, analyze and present data, and collaborate across teams to inform protein de-immunization efforts.
