Provide high-judgment executive support to three leaders, including two co-founders. Manage calendars, communications, travel, logistics, expenses, relationship tracking, meeting preparation, and confidential information. Improve leadership operating systems, information flow, decision follow-through, and selected operational projects. The role requires exceptional prioritization, discretion, anticipation, organization, and the ability to use AI to increase leverage while supporting a frontier science and engineering organization.

Build reusable Python libraries and reproducible analysis pipelines for image and experimental data; define data models and provenance; partner with wet‑lab scientists to translate requirements and validate methods; establish testing, validation, versioning, and observability for scientific workflows.

Design, engineer, and optimize protein-based biosensors that convert neuronal activity into imaging signals. Build and characterize protein variants using computational design, directed evolution, combinatorial libraries, mammalian expression systems, and high-throughput assays. Collaborate with machine learning, biochemical, structural biology, and computational teams to model sequence-function relationships, develop screening methods, understand biomolecular mechanisms, and advance constructs toward in vivo applications.
