Own product marketing for Meshy’s core generative AI 3D creation platform. Drive cross-functional adoption of a unified voice across Product, Design, Growth, Sales, BD, PR, and leadership while operating hands-on as an individual contributor.

Handle user support across product questions, bugs, feature requests, billing, refunds, and disputes. Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Growth, and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve policies. Build Help Center content and Intercom automations, analyze support trends, and own the Eastern Time support window in a distributed team.

Part-time onsite Office Assistant responsible for office supply and snack procurement, refrigerator restocking, beverage orders, tea setup, new-hire package mailing, company asset returns and storage, and support for team events. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, initiative, collaboration, fluent English, and the ability to handle physical office setup tasks. Prior office administration experience is preferred but not required.

Lead and develop a quota-carrying sales team while owning revenue targets, pipeline health, forecasting, and sales performance. Identify and research prospects, engage via email/calls/LinkedIn, qualify leads, book demos for AEs, refine outreach, maintain CRM pipeline, and meet activity and meeting targets while collaborating with Sales and Marketing.
