Own product marketing for Meshy’s core generative AI 3D creation platform. Responsibilities include positioning, messaging, launch prioritization and execution, customer research, cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering, performance measurement, and go-to-market enablement. The role targets game developers, 3D artists, makers, and enterprise users, and requires strong writing, launch strategy, and familiarity with 3D workflows.

Own Meshy’s positioning, brand architecture, messaging, and long-term narrative for its generative AI and 3D platform. Develop technical stories for developers, creators, enterprise buyers, press, and investors; write executive communications, launches, campaigns, customer stories, and sales collateral. Drive cross-functional adoption of a unified voice across Product, Design, Growth, Sales, BD, PR, and leadership while operating hands-on as an individual contributor.

Handle user support across product questions, bugs, feature requests, billing, refunds, and disputes. Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Growth, and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve policies. Build Help Center content and Intercom automations, analyze support trends, and own the Eastern Time support window in a distributed team.
