Lead and coach a team of Cloud Solution Architects to drive customer adoption of Microsoft AI solutions (Copilot, Copilot Studio, M365, Power Platform), improve account coverage, measure impact via MAU/PRU/revenue metrics, deliver cloud endpoint and virtualization solutions, and drive operational excellence and skilling programs.

Lead and develop a team of Solution Engineers to drive customer Cloud and AI adoption. Coach staff, build stakeholder and partner relationships, manage pipeline and forecasting, support technical pre-sales engagements, and align resources to deliver business outcomes while promoting continuous learning and industry best practices.

Design and implement automated validation and testing frameworks for data connectors; modernize connector platforms; investigate and resolve authentication, connectivity, and performance issues; build diagnostics, telemetry, and CI/CD to improve reliability and quality across cloud and on-premises data sources; mentor and contribute to engineering best practices.
