Responsibilities include detecting agent drift, prioritizing high-ROI investments, facilitating kaizen improvement cycles, embedding standard work and ownership, and transferring the capability to customer teams. The position also leads multidisciplinary teams and manages multiple projects or portfolios.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by leading business planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, communications, performance management, organizational health, and cross-functional initiatives. Translate strategy into execution plans, establish success metrics, manage operational reviews and business continuity, coordinate resources, influence decisions with data-driven insights, and ensure organizational alignment, compliance, and measurable results.

Design and operationalize enterprise AI and agent governance frameworks, policies, controls, and operating models. Assess governance maturity, establish accountability and decision rights, implement responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, identity, data protection, monitoring, and assurance capabilities, and advise executives on AI risk. Lead cross-functional customer engagements, translate regulations into operational guardrails, leverage Microsoft governance and security platforms, and transfer governance practices to customer risk and compliance teams.

Leads enterprise AI workforce transformation by redesigning operating models, business processes, employee roles, and human-agent collaboration. Designs and deploys AI agents, develops AI literacy and retraining programs, embeds adoption into performance and onboarding systems, and protects employee privacy. Directs readiness assessments, change programs, AI councils, champion networks, global training, stakeholder workshops, and adoption analytics to ensure sustained behavioral change across large organizations.
