Owns technical win strategies, conducts executive workshops and demonstrations, leads proofs of concept, develops migration and technical close plans, addresses compliance and security concerns, and supports competitive displacement. Collaborates with account teams, systems integrators, partners, engineering, and customer success teams to accelerate enterprise sales, adoption, and deployment outcomes.

Lead complex enterprise customer engagements involving secure, resilient, AI-enabled Azure solutions. Advise executives and technical leaders, improve solution health, performance, and availability, resolve critical incidents, and drive cloud adoption and business value. Deliver proactive assessments, workshops, guidance, and support while collaborating with account, engineering, and support teams. Influence product roadmaps, identify growth opportunities, mentor technical talent, lead projects, and contribute to customer success strategies and on-call support.

Serve as a pre-sales Solution Engineer supporting pipeline advancement through discovery, solution design, technical demonstrations, workshops, hackathons, and customer proposals. Partner with sales, engineering, partners, and customer success to address technical requirements, showcase AI and Power Platform capabilities, handle objections, and secure solution endorsement. Develop trusted-advisor relationships with technical and business decision-makers while aligning deployment, adoption, consumption, and KPI plans.

Leads proactive and reactive technical delivery for enterprise customers using Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. Evaluates customer environments, identifies resiliency and security issues, provides modernization and AI transformation guidance, and delivers data-driven recommendations. Build and ship full-stack Xbox growth experiments across console, services, web, and mobile. Define product hypotheses, telemetry, metrics, and A/B tests to improve retention and daily active users. Analyze results, iterate quickly, and scale successful features. Participate in live-site support, mentor engineers, improve development through AI-assisted workflows, and deliver secure, reliable systems while collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams.
