Lead and develop a high-performing sales management team for Microsoft SME&C, driving digital transformation and revenue across Public Sector (Canada) and Western Canada. Coach account executives on cloud and AI solutions, orchestrate resources and partners, manage pipeline/renewals, engage C‑suite customers, and own talent acquisition, succession planning, and business excellence.

Partner with enterprise customers to define AI and security strategies, align technology to business outcomes, lead cross-functional solution conversations, drive Microsoft and partner co-sell motions, and build industry-relevant AI adoption plans to accelerate customer transformation and account growth.

Lead and coach a team of Cloud Solution Architects to drive customer adoption of Microsoft AI solutions (Copilot, Copilot Studio, M365, Power Platform), improve account coverage, measure impact via MAU/PRU/revenue metrics, deliver cloud endpoint and virtualization solutions, and drive operational excellence and skilling programs.
