Advises platform leaders, resolves technical blockers, collaborates with engineering, and develops expertise across Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databases, Databricks, Purview, on-premises data warehouses, Hadoop, and competing analytics platforms.

Leads customer AI transformation initiatives using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Work IQ, and AI agents. Advises executives, translates business needs into secure and governed technical solutions, drives adoption and measurable value, supports technical presales and expansion, and leads virtual teams across Microsoft, partners, and customers. Develops adoption strategies, readiness programs, governance practices, prototypes, and reusable solution frameworks while mentoring technical teams.
