Provide employment assessments, case management, job search coaching, and career planning for Métis clients. Maintain client records, coordinate with community partners, market services, and support client placement and outcomes.

Lead regional client services for Education, Training and Research by managing operations, budgets, staff, and program delivery. Develop regional work plans, conduct labour market analysis, ensure compliance with ISETP and departmental procedures, prepare fiscal and program reports, coordinate mobile services, and build partnerships with government, employers, and stakeholders.

Serve as first point of contact for clients at the Metis Employment Training and Information Services centre. Provide information, referrals, appointment scheduling, resume/interview support, maintain job boards and client records in KETO, manage resource area equipment, track job leads and statistics, liaise with community providers, prepare reports and correspondence, and support outreach and administrative duties while ensuring client confidentiality.
