Deliver hands-on, scenario-based training for Genesys Cloud CX and WFM across business units. Facilitate live and virtual sessions, translate technical content into structured agendas, verify training environment readiness, track participation and progress, maintain SCORM/LMS content and job aids, support Train-the-Trainer programs, and adjust delivery based on learner feedback and readiness risks.

Lead design, delivery, and operational support of enterprise Unified Communications platforms (Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center). Manage SIP trunking, voice recording, trading turrets, E911, vendor escalations, incident response, CDR analysis, and platform observability (Splunk). Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and business stakeholders; support Microsoft Teams meetings; perform weekend/off-hours maintenance; improve documentation and knowledge sharing.

Design and lead cloud-based contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud CX. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures, manage integrations (CRM, WFM, analytics), provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor teams, ensure security/compliance, and drive roadmap and innovation for CX platforms.

Define technical visions and architecture for products, platforms, and enterprise systems. Evaluate emerging technologies, lead proofs of concept, and design scalable cloud-native, distributed, and hybrid solutions. Establish engineering standards, assess technical risks, conduct architecture reviews, and guide modernization initiatives. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders, support engineering teams through complex decisions, mentor technical leaders, and contribute to product roadmaps, DevOps practices, and technology strategy.
