Design and lead cloud-based contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud CX. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures, manage integrations (CRM, WFM, analytics), provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor teams, ensure security/compliance, and drive roadmap and innovation for CX platforms.

Design and develop enterprise-scale programmable voice and CPaaS capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIP, RTP, and WebRTC. Build call-control services, APIs, routing, session management, media processing, carrier integrations, and scalable distributed systems. Troubleshoot complex telephony issues, establish engineering standards, define non-functional requirements, review architecture and code, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on technical delivery.

Build enterprise Workforce Management software for forecasting, staffing, scheduling, adherence, intraday management, and operational reporting. Develop Java and Spring Boot microservices, React and TypeScript applications, REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and PostgreSQL data models. Integrate WFM with CX, ACD, HR, payroll, identity, and enterprise data platforms. Contribute to cloud-native deployments, CI/CD, testing, performance optimization, architecture, code reviews, and client-facing collaboration.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, microservices, and REST APIs. Build CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, integrations, observability, and secure distributed systems. Collaborate with product, UX, QA, DevOps, architecture, and engineering teams while troubleshooting production issues and improving application performance, resilience, and maintainability.

Leads product marketing for technology services and solutions, developing offering structures, packaging, pricing, positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies. Creates sales enablement materials, trains sales teams, conducts market and competitive intelligence, and partners with Sales, Product, Delivery, Alliances, and executives to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
