Develop production-grade optimization models and services for workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Build, configure, and test production contact center solutions on Google CCAIP. Responsibilities include designing DTMF IVR menus, multilingual prompts, call flows, queues, routing, transfers, callbacks, CRM and conversational AI integrations, structured testing, UAT support, defect resolution, technical documentation, and change management. The role works directly with customer stakeholders to implement approved specifications accurately and maintain configuration traceability.

Develop and enhance enterprise AI agents, orchestration workflows, conversational applications, and AI-powered automation using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs, implement planning, memory, tool-calling, observability, and monitoring capabilities, and support production-grade generative AI platforms. Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders on architecture, reliability, performance optimization, and scalable AI engineering standards.
