Leads software development strategy, architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement for products supporting pipeline inspection, data analysis, reporting, and operations. Manages and develops engineering teams, defines technical roadmaps, oversees desktop, mobile, web, and data-processing applications, and drives scalable, secure solutions. Partners with business stakeholders on requirements and strategic initiatives while promoting automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.

Perform insulation, electrical, welding, or steam/pipe‑fitting trade work using rope access methods to complete turnaround and outage repairs. Must follow site leadership direction, meet safety/quality standards, and work in varied environmental conditions.

Design and develop pipeline inspection tool components from concept through testing and manufacturing. Conduct research, build prototypes, lead test procedures, document results, and integrate electronics and sensor circuitry for improved tool reliability and performance.
