Perform skilled trade work in insulation, electrical, welding, or steam and pipe-fitting during turnaround projects and outages. Work is completed under site leadership, often in challenging hot, cold, dusty, dry, or wet environments, with rope access techniques. Candidates need a Canadian Journeyman Certificate or qualifying insulation hours, plus IRATA Level 1–3 certification or willingness to complete IRATA Level 1 training. CWB all-position welding certification is required for welders.

Designs complex mechanical components and pipeline inspection tools using Autodesk Inventor. Researches applicable technologies, incorporates electronics and sensors, builds prototypes and testing fixtures, leads design testing, documents results, and transfers approved designs to manufacturing. The role requires independent project management, strong communication, and collaboration across design, testing, and production teams.

Leads software development strategy, architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement for products supporting pipeline inspection, data analysis, reporting, and operations. Manages and develops engineering teams, defines technical roadmaps, oversees desktop, mobile, web, and data-processing applications, and drives scalable, secure solutions. Partners with business stakeholders on requirements and strategic initiatives while promoting automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
