Own go-to-market execution for legal technology products, including launches, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, customer and competitive research, campaigns, webinars, events, and digital programs. Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align GTM activities, track pipeline and engagement results, and improve growth outcomes. The role also requires strong writing, project management, stakeholder communication, and customer empathy.

Lead end-to-end learning design and development: perform needs analysis, define strategy and success metrics, create scripts/storyboards, build interactive eLearning in Articulate Storyline and Rise, publish SCORM/xAPI modules, configure LMS, produce multimedia assets, manage SMEs, evaluate program impact, and maintain QA and development standards.
