Teams at Modern Campus

Designs, operates, and improves AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure supporting customer-facing higher education products. Owns Kubernetes platforms, infrastructure as code, deployment automation, CI/CD, monitoring, security, reliability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. Troubleshoots complex infrastructure and application issues, leads incidents, participates in on-call rotations, mentors engineers, contributes to technical standards, and partners across Development and Information Security on modernization and production readiness.

Leads product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, product development, and adoption across the Modern Campus portfolio. Partners with customers, UX, engineering, data, AI, go-to-market, and executive teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Uses market research, customer feedback, analytics, and KPIs to identify opportunities and guide decisions. Drives launches, change management, and evaluation of AI and automation opportunities.

Supports the Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, and redlining SaaS contracts; preparing amendments and RFP responses; managing contract intake, storage, exceptions, obligations, renewals, and compliance tracking; and using CLM and AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency. Collaborates with Sales, Finance, and other business units to enable rapid contracting while maintaining risk controls and contributes to legal operations process improvements.
