Provide ongoing stock plan administration and client success support for corporate clients using Shareworks. Process equity awards, grants, exercises, releases, dividends, deferrals, reporting, reconciliations, and client inquiries. Maintain event timelines and procedures, improve processes, support compliance audits, and coordinate with clients, financial advisors, service centers, onboarding teams, and internal operations while meeting service-level requirements.

Designs, develops, facilitates, and evaluates interactive learning content for internal and external audiences. Conducts needs analysis, collaborates with subject matter experts, manages learning projects, creates documentation, supports training implementation, and facilitates employee and client training. The role uses multimedia authoring tools, promotes interactive and gamified learning, maintains content, and helps establish a unified global learning strategy for Morgan Stanley at Work.

Lead compliance coverage for Canada’s CIRO-regulated Wealth Management and Morgan Stanley at Work businesses. Advise business units on regulatory matters, support new business proposals, develop compliance policies and procedures, deliver training, supervise compliance staff, and manage relationships with regulators including CIRO and FINTRAC. The role requires extensive financial services compliance experience, Canadian AML and OEO regulatory knowledge, wealth management expertise, and registration as a CIRO Chief Compliance Officer and Executive.
