Teams at Motion (Creative Analytics)

Drive net-new and expansion revenue for mid-market accounts using consultative sales. Own account management and churn, implement outbound programs, advise on performance creative workflows, coach SMB AEs, and ensure client satisfaction to grow adoption of Motion's AI-native platform.

Design and evolve systems for Motion's infrastructure, focusing on reliable and secure operations across APIs, Linux systems, and cloud environments with a focus on hands-on coding and engineering judgment.

Serve as the front-line expert helping customers and CSMs unblock technical and strategic issues using the Motion platform and AI agents. Triage Intercom/Slack requests, troubleshoot and reproduce problems, train and improve AI agents, surface product feedback, and build systems to reduce recurring issues. Combine product expertise, creative strategy knowledge, and systems thinking to turn stuck customers into confident users and influence product and docs.
