Lead platform engineering initiatives across cloud infrastructure, continuous delivery, developer environments, observability, and operational tooling. Own architectural decisions, build self-service infrastructure, improve CI/CD reliability and developer productivity, support AI-enabled engineering workflows, and participate in production on-call and incident response. This hands-on staff-level role also provides technical leadership and drives organization-wide engineering standards and reliability improvements.

Lead production AI initiatives including LLM agents, AI drafts, and a shared Context Engine. Own architecture decisions, evaluation systems, guardrails, observability, reliability, and quality measurement. Deliver major AI projects from design through production while providing cross-functional technical leadership and improving engineering standards. Build backend and platform infrastructure using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, asynchronous workers, and REST or GraphQL APIs.

Leads high-impact backend and financial operations projects involving payments, transactions, middleware, GraphQL schemas, APIs, and data models. Provides staff-level technical leadership, drives architectural decisions, partners cross-functionally with Product and Design, and improves engineering standards such as testing, code review, documentation, and SDLC practices. Works hands-on across project delivery while shaping company-wide engineering culture and technical direction.
