Partner with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Policy to define automation, safeguards, integrations, metrics, appeals, and compliance workflows. Lead build-versus-buy decisions, launch readiness, and cross-functional delivery for a consumer app involving prizes, payments, and younger users.

Lead the end-to-end design of a new, AI-first consumer membership app serving a large global audience. Responsibilities include defining product workflows and roadmap, designing onboarding and retention loops, developing achievement systems and digital and real-world economies, rapidly iterating with AI tools, and shipping a scalable, gamified consumer product from zero to one.

Own the strategy, roadmap, architecture, and adoption of the company’s central data infrastructure and BI platform. Partner with analytics, engineering, and business teams to establish trusted KPI reporting, semantic models, scalable warehousing, BI and ETL tooling, clear SLAs, and AI-powered self-service insights. Translate ambiguous needs into testable requirements, evaluate technical solutions, prototype quickly, and measure adoption, quality, and reporting efficiency.
