Lead and build the full sales enablement function for Activations field sales: recruit and workforce plan, design onboarding and modular training, create performance scorecards and compensation programs, and select and implement systems to track productivity and payouts. Own outcomes, drive cross-functional alignment, and scale frameworks across sales channels.
