Own the Salesforce product roadmap from discovery through delivery, managing backlog and sprints with engineers. Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories, drive adoption and change management, track KPIs, run market and user research, and evaluate AI and Salesforce capabilities. Support adjacent user-facing platforms and partner with UX, design, and technical teams to deliver coherent, data-informed platform experiences.
