Manage end-to-end campaign execution for Netflix Ads, partnering with Sales and clients on media plans, RFPs, campaign launches, optimization, reporting, and billing. Coordinate with Ad Ops, creative teams, and verification vendors to ensure delivery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

Develop and maintain AV automation tools and distributed test platforms to measure device audio/video quality. Build front-end and backend services, operationalize AV metric pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to validate device capabilities and roll out AV-related applications.

Design and implement gameplay mechanics and playable prototypes across diverse genres using Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprints. Author clear design documentation (GDDs, system specs), collaborate with engineers, artists, and producers, and iterate quickly in a prototype-first environment to validate gameplay on Netflix's streaming platform and controller.
