Coordinates cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, and leadership projects. Tracks milestones, hours, costs, risks, deliverables, invoices, government reporting, funding claims, and SR&ED documentation. Administers Monday.com, establishes project controls, trains users, and improves data quality. Supports production scale-up from prototyping to manufacturing, including suppliers, tooling, testing, engineering changes, stage gates, and manufacturing risks. Maintains audit-ready records and assists leadership with reporting, process improvement, customer requests, audits, and special initiatives.

Establish and lead North Vector Dynamics’ manufacturing function, scaling CM-70 from prototypes to repeatable production. Build the pilot line, manufacturing organization, supply chain, quality systems, SOPs, and training programs. Lead first-time AS9100 certification, manage suppliers and cross-functional personnel, partner with engineering on manufacturability, and improve production KPIs including yield, cycle time, scrap, and delivery.

Lead development of mission software for a networked, multi-sensor air defence system. Own command and control, sensor and effector integration, engagement sequencing, architecture, verification, and validation. Build and manage the mission software team, establish engineering practices, and collaborate across systems engineering disciplines. The role requires C++ and Python expertise for real-time distributed systems, web-based mission interfaces, streaming sensor data, networking, and secure remote debugging. The position is on-site in Calgary and requires eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance.
