Leads the People function for approximately 200 employees across two organizations. Responsibilities include workforce planning, full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, onboarding, benefits, compliance, leadership development, engagement, culture-building, and HR process improvement. Serves as a strategic advisor to executives and managers while managing day-to-day People operations.

Leads the development, maintenance, and delivery of technical training for employees, distributors, resellers, and customers. Responsibilities include creating training materials and online courses, managing global training logistics, collaborating with Sales, Support, and Product Management, measuring training effectiveness, and improving training programs. The role requires expertise in adult learning, instructional design, presentation delivery, learning management systems, and technical audio/video collaboration products.

Supports and enhances enterprise applications including NetSuite, Jira, HubSpot, and Power BI. Analyzes business requirements, configures and tests systems, develops scripted solutions, resolves incidents, maintains documentation, supports upgrades, facilitates data integrity activities, and trains users. The role also participates in project delivery, application lifecycle planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and on-call or after-hours production changes.
