Supports the Business Development team by maintaining CRM records, document libraries, SharePoint content, marketing collateral, conference schedules, tender and vendor registrations, reports, and scorecards. Provides administrative coordination, including meeting minutes, travel arrangements, promotional procurement, and deadline tracking. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI, and Deltek Vantagepoint.

Drive business growth across Western North America by identifying opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, leading proposals and negotiations, developing partnerships, and supporting regional marketing and community engagement. The role focuses on mining, energy, and environmental consulting markets, revenue targets, pipeline development, and sustainable mine-closure solutions. Travel up to 30% is required, including occasional international and overnight travel.

Supports multidisciplinary mine closure and reclamation projects through environmental data analysis, risk simulations, technical reporting, field investigations, construction QA/QC, stakeholder engagement, workshops, and junior project management. The role develops practical, sustainable closure solutions, collaborates with geoscience and engineering teams, engages communities and regulators, and contributes to technical scopes, proposals, and client relationships.
