Lead change management workstreams for large-scale transformation and M&A consulting engagements. Manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, workshops, stakeholder assessments, communications, training schedules, adoption metrics, client materials, and cross-functional contributors. Serve as a client contact, coordinate delivery within scope and budget, and support proposals, statements of work, pricing inputs, and pitch materials.

Supports compensation consulting projects through market research, benchmarking, data analysis, and evaluation of pay and reward programs. Develops client presentations and reports, translates findings into practical recommendations, and assists with base pay, incentives, job architecture, and compensation philosophy work. Collaborates on project workstreams, improves internal tools and processes, and maintains strong client relationships. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Analyze and manage employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, life, and disability plans. Responsibilities include financial analysis, premium validation, experience monitoring, utilization trend analysis, contract and booklet review, data validation, and preparing client recommendations and reports. The role supports complex client engagements, performs technical reviews, and collaborates with Health & Benefits consulting teams.
