Own OpenArt’s growth across Brazil and Latin America by setting regional strategy, executing localized digital campaigns, building creator and community partnerships, organizing events, and improving acquisition, conversion, and retention. The role combines hands-on marketing execution with regional insights, product localization, agency management, and expansion into additional markets.

Owns core People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HR systems, policies, compliance, performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee experience programs. Serves as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, partners cross-functionally, and improves scalable HR processes for a growing global organization.
