Own end-to-end premium-finance loan operations including origination, servicing, collections, and close-out. Administer the Odyssey loan-administration platform, maintain SOPs and SLAs, drive process improvements, produce operational reporting and dashboards, and serve as primary operational contact for brokers and policyholders.

Lead end-to-end business analysis for strategic initiatives across Optiom brands: frame problems, elicit and document testable requirements, map current/future processes, evaluate solutions, and enable delivery. Run discovery workshops, enforce Definition of Ready, maintain traceability for audit and governance, and establish BA standards and templates for the Execution Office.
