Serves existing and prospective policyholders through inbound and outbound calls. Handles cancellation saves, renewals, welcome calls, coverage updates, quoting, and binding policies. Maintains accurate client records, provides consultative guidance, identifies additional coverage needs, and collaborates with teammates. Requires an active Alberta or British Columbia Level 1 General Insurance Licence and prior client-facing insurance experience.
