Senior Commercial Counsel will independently lead legal negotiations for enterprise and strategic customer deals, advising on subscription, data processing, partner, and vendor agreements. The role supports sales and internal stakeholders, manages the contract lifecycle from NDA through signature, and helps improve contracting processes as the company scales. Responsibilities require handling multiple concurrent transactions, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing practical legal guidance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, particularly Marketo and its Salesforce integration. Manage lead lifecycle, scoring, nurture programs, email operations, attribution, tracking, data quality, integrations, and campaign governance. Troubleshoot system issues, document processes, direct an external agency, partner with Demand Gen, Events, and Sales, and apply AI to marketing automation and quality assurance.
