Deliver technical, operational, and safety training; lead new employee orientation; coordinate scheduling, attendance, and logistics; maintain training records and LMS; develop/update training materials; support LMS implementation and continuous improvement; partner with site leadership and Canadian Training team to monitor effectiveness and improve workforce competency.

Lead asset reliability and maintenance initiatives at a Calgary manufacturing facility: develop and improve an Asset Management Plan, perform root cause analysis, implement predictive maintenance (thermography, ultrasonic, vibration), support capital projects, standardize equipment/spares, analyze failure data, train maintenance staff, and identify cost-reduction opportunities to improve uptime and reduce total cost of ownership.

Lead and maintain the site safety program, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting incident investigations, training and auditing, managing workers' compensation and loss prevention, and supporting operations with PPE, hazard assessments, and continuous safety improvements.
