Coordinates administrative and production operations, including staff schedules, overtime, timecards, vacation records, training documentation, meetings, uniforms, employee support, and cross-department activities. Serves as a liaison among production, maintenance, HR, and quality teams while supporting safety initiatives, community events, and general operations administration.

Inspect, repair, install, adjust, align, lubricate, and maintain mechanical equipment in an industrial manufacturing facility. The millwright responds to scheduled and emergency breakdowns, diagnoses equipment defects, determines repair methods, advises on shutdowns, and performs temporary or permanent repairs. Rotating day and night shifts are required, along with a Red Seal or Alberta Journeyman Certificate and successful pre-employment screening.

Lead design, deployment, and maintenance of Orion Steels enterprise Cisco network. Manage and mentor network engineers, install and troubleshoot routers/switches/firewalls, implement network security (Cisco Umbrella, ISE, IDS), collaborate with teams and vendors, produce documentation, and ensure network performance, availability, integrity, and security.
