The Staff Product Manager, AI will lead the development of a new AI-native product for enhancing grid resilience, focusing on customer needs and product iteration from initial concept to market release.

Lead end-to-end product design for a customer-facing product at Overstory. Collaborate with teams to create simple user experiences and validate solutions, ensuring a strong focus on environmental impact and customer relationships.

Lead product marketing for Overstory: define positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and GTM. Build sales enablement materials, run launches, structure pilots, perform win/loss and competitive analysis, and mentor junior marketers. Partner with product, sales, and customer success to support long, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in the utility sector.
