Operate independently across time zones with stakeholder influence and systems-building responsibility on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Own product vision, strategy, and execution for Hire & Onboard or Benefits. Lead discovery, prioritisation, and roadmaps; partner with Engineering and Design; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Ops, GTM). Drive AI and automation use cases, embed regulatory/compliance requirements, use quantitative and qualitative data to measure impact, and improve product processes and outcomes.
