Identify high-value opportunities, design and deploy production AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, integrations, and enterprise solutions, then drive adoption and measure business impact. Partner with functional leaders, make sound decisions about AI suitability, redesign operating models, improve reliability and governance, and mentor colleagues while establishing reusable standards across the organization.

Lead Oyster’s company-wide editorial and category narrative across marketing, executives, product, people, legal, and customer-facing teams. Build AI-first systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and governance. Direct thought leadership, executive publishing, original employment research, and multimedia activation. Connect content decisions to growth, trust, influence, and pipeline while mobilizing stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and experts without formal authority.
