Teams at Pacific Western Transportation

Manages centralized billing, contract administration, revenue recognition, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, month-end reporting, audits, and financial analysis across multiple business units. Coordinates with Operations, Project Managers, Finance, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues and ensure contractual compliance. The role also supports budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, ERP enhancements, internal controls, and training for billing and finance staff.
