Own operational excellence and governance for the PDE SDLC, manage and integrate core tools (ProductBoard, Jira, Amplitude, etc.), drive data integrity and automation, create SOPs and workflows, and partner with senior leadership to influence product, design, and engineering operations.

Lead design and implementation of a zero-to-one, real-time collaborative web content platform. Own architecture, build backend sync and delivery services, craft low-latency frontend editing experiences, define engineering standards, evaluate third-party tradeoffs, and mentor engineers while partnering with product and design.

Lead architecture and hands-on engineering of Pantheons data platform: extend ingest, curation, and retention services; build ML/LLM-ready data infrastructure; mentor engineers; operate in a DevOps model; ensure data governance, observability, reliability, and cross-functional partnership.
