Provides administrative support to customer-facing teams by creating and processing order forms, monitoring fulfillment, tracking backorders, reconciling orders, managing renewals, coordinating internal departments, and updating customers. Maintains cancellation records, follows up on open orders, supports customer changes, and provides coverage for specific executive assistant requests. Requires strong organization, communication, time management, attention to detail, and independent work skills.

Develops and maintains e-learning courses, product documentation, certification content, training materials, and software education for dealership customers and internal staff. Responsibilities include researching software releases, testing features, storyboarding videos, coordinating content updates, facilitating certification presentations, supporting product training, and creating product-related marketing and sales content. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and occasional travel across the US and Canada.

Provides technical support to clients through phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and infrastructure issues, documenting tickets, escalating incidents, training customers, supporting implementations, meeting KPIs, reviewing software releases, and collaborating on process improvements. The role also requires developing product knowledge, pursuing relevant certifications, and participating in ongoing cross-training.

Develop go-to-market and product launch strategies for PBS software features, translating complex functionality into customer-focused messaging that drives awareness, adoption, and revenue. Gather customer and industry insights, create sales talk tracks and marketing content, monitor product usage and campaign effectiveness, and collaborate with product, marketing, and internal stakeholders. Serve as a certified product expert while building customer relationships and supporting software direction. Occasional travel across Canada and the U.S. is required.

Provides bilingual French and English Tier 1 support to clients through phone, email, and live chat. Documents interactions, resolves or escalates issues, collaborates across departments, supports process improvements, learns PBS software, meets KPIs, and maintains certifications. Requires travel throughout Canada and the United States for one week each month.
