Hands-on generalist operator who builds and owns legal, compliance (HIPAA), HR, payroll, accounting, vendor management, and day-to-day operations. Manages outside counsel, contract lifecycle, audits/certifications (e.g., SOC 2), onboarding/offboarding, payroll/AP/AR, and operational processes to scale a healthcare startup.

Founding research hire to develop clinical reasoning and computer-use models using proprietary hospital and clinic data. Own end-to-end training and evaluation pipelines, design benchmarks exposing LLM weaknesses on clinical reasoning, run experiments, and publish technical reports and papers. Collaborate closely with founders and deploy research into products that improve physician workflows.

Own partnerships, developer adoption, recruiting, and market research to grow Optexity. Build relationships with private equity, hospitals, and developer communities; represent the company at events; source candidates; and run cross-functional, ambiguous projects to create pipeline and product-market fit.
