Deploy and integrate Optexity inside clinics and hospitals, including systems without APIs. Work directly with doctors and staff to understand workflows, build backend integrations and data pipelines, improve search and chat products, resolve customer issues, and drive onboarding and usage. The engineer will generalize customer-specific solutions, provide feedback to founders, and own technical outcomes in a fast-moving startup environment.

The Founding Engineer will co-architect Blueberry’s product, platform, and engineering culture. Responsibilities include building and scaling customer-facing SaaS and AI features, making architecture and stack decisions, translating customer feedback into product improvements, collaborating with design, maintaining code quality and test coverage, and improving observability, performance, and scalability. The role requires a product-minded full-stack engineer comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and early-stage startup ownership.

Develop core frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure systems for a greenfield AI platform. Responsibilities include building new applications, maintaining and refactoring the codebase, adopting development tools, learning and applying AI, developing fine-tuning pipelines, maintaining GPU clusters, and debugging application issues with customers.
