Lead regional VIP/player development for online sportsbook and iCasino products. Oversee VIP managers, drive VIP acquisition/retention and revenue, set strategy and KPIs, coordinate with Risk/Responsible Gaming/Payments/AML, manage VIP events, implement processes and incentive programs, and use reporting and analysis to make business decisions.

Lead and manage one or more software development teams building promotional capabilities. Partner with Product to define roadmap, ensure documentation and processes, hire and mentor engineers, set KPIs/SLAs, and drive performance, scalability, and reliability for distributed, real-time systems.

Design, build, scale, and optimize backend services powering the sportsbook marketplace. Own GraphQL APIs, gRPC endpoints, SQL performance, monitoring, on-call and release duties. Identify production bottlenecks, drive scalability improvements, mentor engineers, review cross-team changes, and deliver end-to-end features in an agile environment.

Build performant, accessible front-end applications using React and TypeScript. Partner with product and design to ship features, improve code quality, write thorough automated tests, use observability and profiling tools to diagnose issues, collaborate on CI/CD and testing pipelines, mentor teammates, and participate in agile design and delivery.

Lead design and delivery of platform capabilities for a federated GraphQL and event-driven architecture. Build and optimize gRPC endpoints, GraphQL APIs, and SQL/Postgres queries. Own observability (DataDog, Bugsnag), scalability, reliability, incident response, and integrations. Mentor engineers and drive cross-team technical efforts to reduce friction and accelerate product delivery.

Design, administer, and optimize Postgres databases on cloud-native platforms. Triage and remediate production database incidents, manage replication/backups, evaluate schemas and queries for performance, and build repeatable DB architecture using IaC and GitOps for AWS/GCP Kubernetes environments.
