Lead regional VIP/player development for online sportsbook and iCasino products. Oversee VIP managers, drive VIP acquisition/retention and revenue, set strategy and KPIs, coordinate with Risk/Responsible Gaming/Payments/AML, manage VIP events, implement processes and incentive programs, and use reporting and analysis to make business decisions.

Leads the design and delivery of scalable data pipelines, dbt models, orchestration workflows, and analytical data models. Establishes data architecture, engineering standards, testing, observability, governance, and quality practices. Partners with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions, supports incident response, and provides technical leadership through design reviews, mentorship, hiring, and team development.

Own and operate infrastructure for a large-scale sports betting and media platform across cloud and production environments. Lead infrastructure migrations, build Kubernetes platform tooling and CI/CD automation, improve observability and incident response, support development teams, troubleshoot distributed systems, reduce operational toil, and mentor engineers.
