Supports the planning and execution of PENN Interactive events, player experiences, activations, and experiential marketing programs. Responsibilities include logistics, guest lists, ticketing, food and beverage coordination, travel arrangements, vendor management, merchandise inventory, event documentation, budget tracking, on-site support, reporting, and ROI analysis. The role manages multiple events, collaborates with internal and external partners, and travels approximately 50% of the time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Lead regional VIP/player development for online sportsbook and iCasino products. Oversee VIP managers, drive VIP acquisition/retention and revenue, set strategy and KPIs, coordinate with Risk/Responsible Gaming/Payments/AML, manage VIP events, implement processes and incentive programs, and use reporting and analysis to make business decisions.

Manages a data engineering team and oversees scalable, reliable data pipelines, infrastructure, tooling, and architecture. Partners with analytics, finance, compliance, product, and engineering stakeholders while communicating with regulators and supporting audit-driven deadlines. Responsibilities include team leadership, project prioritization, technical guidance, data governance, system design, performance management, and continuous improvement of data engineering practices.
