Lead regional VIP/player development for online sportsbook and iCasino products. Oversee VIP managers, drive VIP acquisition/retention and revenue, set strategy and KPIs, coordinate with Risk/Responsible Gaming/Payments/AML, manage VIP events, implement processes and incentive programs, and use reporting and analysis to make business decisions.

Drive enterprise automation initiatives from opportunity identification through delivery and optimization. Partner with business leaders, engineering teams, RPA specialists, AI strategists, and vendors to prioritize and implement scalable solutions. Manage the automation portfolio, discovery and intake processes, vendor relationships, delivery alignment, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts. Evaluate AI-supported solutions and ensure automation initiatives meet business, compliance, technical, and operational objectives.

Supports 24/7 risk and trading operations for online sports betting platforms. Responsibilities include assisting traders, configuring sports and competition setups, testing and monitoring app functionality, conducting compliance checks, reviewing betting content, monitoring pre-game and in-play markets, communicating with data providers, and helping resolve customer experience issues. Requires strong sports knowledge, computer proficiency, clear communication, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
