Provide proactive consulting and relationship management for an assigned block of group retirement clients. Support sales and cross-sell initiatives, respond to technical inquiries on plan design, governance, taxation and investments, prepare meeting materials and governance documentation, run member education and webinars, maintain client records, monitor market trends, and continuously develop technical expertise to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.

Nationally leads Client Operations across regions, developing scalable operating models, governance, service standards, performance frameworks, retention strategies, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees client growth, risk management, operational efficiency, talent development, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve client experience, advisor productivity, profitability, and business performance.

Manage the onboarding and financial integration of acquired companies. Responsibilities include developing transition plans, converting forecasts into budgets, integrating payroll, benefits, banking, accounts payable, and revenue tracking, preparing financial reports and variance analyses, calculating post-close payments, coordinating cross-functional integration workstreams, communicating project progress, maintaining project systems, resolving challenges, and identifying process improvements. The role requires accounting and finance expertise, project management, stakeholder communication, and CPA completion or near completion.
