Leads Pfizer’s global R&D Quality Management Systems, Validation, and Compliance program across sites. Responsibilities include managing cGLP, cGCP, and cGMP compliance; overseeing documentation, validation, training, audits, corrective actions, risk reviews, certifications, budgets, and continuous improvement. The role advises senior leaders, coordinates global stakeholders and vendors, manages multidisciplinary teams, and ensures consistent regulatory and quality-system implementation across pharmaceutical R&D facilities.

Leads strategic partnerships, negotiations, governance, and national agreements with Canadian retail pharmacy chains, banners, buying groups, and distributors. Translates agreements into execution models, analyzes account performance and channel insights, and collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Medical, Market Access, Operations, and Customer Solutions. Requires strong knowledge of pharmacy ecosystems, payer environments, healthcare systems, contracting, and partnership strategy, with frequent travel across Ontario and Western Canada.

Drives sales and territory growth for Pfizer’s migraine therapy by engaging healthcare providers in person and virtually. Develops territory call plans, builds customer relationships, uses reports and analytics to identify opportunities, educates providers on approved product and disease-state information, collaborates cross-functionally, and completes administrative responsibilities compliantly. The role requires travel throughout the assigned Southern Maryland territory and occasional overnight stays.
