Leads the brand’s creative vision, visual identity, storytelling, and campaign development across digital, social, advertising, print, video, and events. Manages and mentors creative professionals, reviews work, establishes standards and workflows, collaborates with marketing and leadership, manages budgets and timelines, and builds relationships with external creative partners.

Design intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, SaaS, and other products. Responsibilities include user research, usability testing, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, design systems, and stakeholder collaboration. The role partners with product managers, developers, researchers, UI designers, and business teams to translate user and business needs into effective solutions and ensure accurate implementation.

Develops campaign concepts, brand messaging, scripts, headlines, social content, and long-form copy across digital, print, video, advertising, and other platforms. Collaborates with creative and client teams, researches audiences and culture, presents concepts, edits copy, maintains brand voice, manages multiple deadlines, and mentors junior copywriters.
