Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering while continuously optimizing data quality, reply rates, costs, and campaign performance.

Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build tailored adoption plans, monitor usage and support trends, identify renewal risks, and lead proactive customer conversations. Collaborate closely with sales, support, and product, including supporting technically sophisticated customers running self-hosted or open-source deployments.

Own full-cycle enterprise software sales from initial inquiry through contract signing. Convert product-led interest into enterprise revenue, navigate technical evaluations and complex procurement, engage engineering and IT buyers, negotiate with multiple stakeholders, build the sales playbook, and provide structured market feedback to the product team. The role focuses on regulated-industry customers requiring compliance, SSO, air-gapped deployment, security reviews, and data residency.
