Owns high-impact cross-functional strategy and operations problems, from framing and analysis through execution. Runs market pilots, leadership reporting, business-line deep dives, and quarterly planning. Partners with founders and senior leaders to guide resource allocation, growth, product expansion, and operational improvements, with an expected rotation into product or business-line ownership within 12–18 months.

Design and maintain polished, responsive marketing websites using Figma, Webflow, CMS tools, and established component systems. Create landing pages, campaign assets, templates, and other marketing materials while ensuring accessibility, visual quality, localization, and conversion effectiveness. Own publishing workflows, quality assurance, developer handoffs, and implementation feedback with agencies and cross-functional teams. Support broader creative work using AI design tools while maintaining strong design judgment and consistency.

Own visual quality, accessibility, responsive QA, content validation, localization review, and launch consistency. Collaborate with Growth, Content, Design, Engineering, and development agencies while supporting campaign creative, ads, presentations, email UI, and other brand assets. Use AI design tools to accelerate exploration and production without compromising quality.
