Modify, enhance, and create standard and custom mechanical designs and parts for switchgear and MCC products. Produce drawings, support assembly and fabrication, solve complex design problems, assist engineering in product development, and contribute to work instructions and standards compliance.

Provides technical quality support for warranty claims, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, field investigations, and customer service involving medium- and high-voltage switchgear. Reviews technical specifications, test reports, drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams; develops warranty response and test plans; supports engineering and operations improvements; generates material requirements; and coordinates field-service mobilization.
