The Senior Full Stack Developer will enhance Practice Better's AI-powered platform by developing software solutions, collaborating with teams, and optimizing performance.

Execute segmented, behavior-triggered multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app) to increase integration adoption, reduce churn, and drive expansion. Manage partner relationships and co-marketing, analyze funnel performance with HubSpot, Pendo, and Amplitude, run A/B tests, and surface insights to Product and CX to improve practitioner engagement and retention.

Lead Information Security, IT Operations, and Compliance for a remote-first healthcare SaaS. Execute multi-jurisdictional privacy programs (HIPAA, GDPR, PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, PHIPA), negotiate BAAs/DPAs, mature SOC 2/ISO 27001 readiness, run incident response, manage IAM and endpoint/device standards, rationalize SaaS vendors, and mentor the IT Operations team while partnering cross-functionally to embed privacy-by-design.
